Our Church
Comunidade Nova Aliança is a church that belongs to the Australian Christian Churches. Founded in February 2007, CNA was created for the Portuguese-speaking community in Sydney Australia.
“A young church” is one of the most popular expressions used to describe CNA. Such description wasn’t only attained by the fact that young students form the majority of the church, but also by youthful spirit that is shared and lived by its members and leaders.
Freedom and joy! Such terms ideally describe the Christian life and vision of CNA. Exciting services with lively music and genuine fellowship creates an environment of celebration and happiness in serving God.
“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is his good, pleasing and perfect will.” (Romans 12:2). Always renewing and constantly fighting religiosity and traditionalism in order to the world to be transformed and God’s will to be done. This is the mission of Christ’s church on earth; this is the mission of CNA!
